After finishing his studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, Blaž Tomažin Bolcar started working in Bolcar Law Office. He eagerly continued his education in postgraduate studies in United Kingdom, where he specialized in the field of sports law as a member of the third generation of the Top Class at the CEED (Centre for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development).

Before that, he gained his experience in the field of sports marketing communications, first as a student organizing many successful sports projects in the Elan marketing department, Union Olimpija basketball club, then as an associate at OMD agency and as head of the marketing department in the Adriatic basketball league ABA called NLB League at the time.

He is a member of many international professional associations, such as the SLA (Sports Lawyers Association) and IASL (International Association of Sports Law). He is also a lecturer within the Law Clinic ‘Law in Sport’ at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
